Title: Just perfect for what it is meant for
Review: I like the durability of the band. I ordered the black matte. The band has not been scratched and I have not been very careful with it. It fits smaller than you may think so it is very important to either purchase their ring sizer or at least get one from somewhere else to make sure you get a good fit. I find it comfortable to wear but I guess it would matter what finger you want to wear it on. I wear mine on my ring finger. It’s not heavy but it can feel a bit bulky. It works well for your standard health biometrics. I don’t find that the battery stays charged for 7 days though. I would say 5 or maybe 6 days in a stretch. I would say it is a good value for the money. It is far less expensive than the other more advertised ring and works just as well. It may not have a huge amount of “bells and whistles ” to it but as I stated earlier, it works well for what it’s meant to do. I am happy with the purchase.

Title: Mainly used for sleep tracking
Review: The ring is comfortable. I bought the sizing package and gauged a 10 for index finger. As with most rings under constant wear, your finger compresses some. Now it turns from ideal position so it’s somewhat too big. Love the charging dock. I’m not comfortable wearing it during cooking and hand washing. The quality and performance are sound. I still think it’s over priced.I’ve found myself using my watch for everything except sleep.

Title: This is the first version
Review: The ring isn’t too bulky which is nice. Unfortunately this generation is the first one, there is now a second. So I kinda feel I got duped. This version is really goo for monitoring some things.Sleep- the sleep monitoring is excellent quality. However I have read that the new version has apnea monitoring and that was why I purchased this version. I don’t believe this version has this.Heartrate – It seems accurate but after a week I am having problems. It’s not monitoring any of my workouts, which was another reason I purchased. For the first few days it did, but appears to now not do so. I am thinking the new version may have worked out that bug.Stress- the stress monitor appears very accurate. But again it’s been showing me stressed rather than my workouts through the duration of my workouts. All in all it’s a pretty good monitor, however I paid full price for this version which is now old and outdated. I would have rather paid for the newer one or another product.Props that you don’t have to pay for subscription.

Title: Health Must Have – easy tracking
Review: Love this ring! I like it because it is less clunky to wear compared to a smart watch. Also I can sleep with this where as a smart watch kind of bothers be to sleep with. I really got this for the sleep tracking and it does a great job. The app it comes with makes it super easy to read the dataThe durability and battery life has been really good so far. I got the grey color and no issues with scratching or anything like that yet, so I’m pretty happy. The step tracking feature is also pretty nice to have just to make sure I’m being active and not sitting too much throughout my day.

Title: Mostly does what it’s supposed to
Review: The ring is comfortable enough but a bit bulky. I find the sensors lose tracking several times a day – anywhere from a few minutes to a couple hours. I keep checking to make sure the sensors remain in the right position. The activity tracker reports about 20% higher step count than my watch, so I find that a bit concerning. The SpO2 matches my external pusleox pretty close but the heart rate fluctuates. The battery life is great. It would be nice if it sync’d with the myfitnesspal app.

Title: smart ring
Review: I have look through different smart ring and a lot of them require subscription which I didn’t like. So I got this smart ring without have to purchase subscription in order to use it. I order the ring sizing kit before I order this ring since it’s different from regular ring. This smart ring gesture sleek and cool design. It’s make of durable material like titanium, it’s both lightweight and comfortable for all day wear and even during sleep. It’s effective by keeping track of my health metrics such as heart rate, sleep patterns, activity levels, and calories burns. It offers accurate and real time data without the need for subscription, making it cost effective solution for my health monitoring. With a single charge, the ring battery last for seven days, and the app will inform me when the battery is low. When the battery is low I put the ring on the charging case and usually charge about a hour. This ring performs reliably, offering consistent and accurate readings. This smart ring is an excellent choice for me to get a compressive health and fitness tracking with the burden of ongoing subscription fees. It’s stylish design, good performance and user friendly features, making it a valuable tool for my daily health monitoring.

Title: Heart rate monitor not accurate
Review: I have been wearing the ring for about a week or so and have had doubts about accuracy. Yesterday I tested it during an exercise session. For about 30 minutes I went on my elliptical and tracked my heart rate on the machine and on my watch. My heart rate was around 140 to 170 during the session. I checked my ringconn app and the ring never registered a heart rate above 90 or so. Look at the picture from the heart rate monitor of the ringconn app as my workout was from 6:20 to 6:50pm. Not even an increase. Very dissapointing.
