1、What should I do if my soundcore Sport X20 feels uncomfortable and/or unstable?
(1)Pull or rotate the ear hooks to the appropriate angle, then secure them onto the outer edge of your ears. (2)Place the earbuds’ body into your ear canal and choose an appropriate size of ear tips to create a tight seal. To check if you’re wearing the earbuds in the ideal position, take the Fit Test in the soundcore app. (3)Take breaks during extended wear to allow your ears to rest and relax.
2、What should I do if my soundcore Sport X20’s noise cancellation does not meet my expectations?
(1)Experiment with different sizes of ear tips to find the best fit and achieve a tight seal. If one earbud doesn’t fit well, try using different sizes for each ear, such as medium in one ear and large in the other. (2)Use the Fit Test in the soundcore app to verify that the earbuds are in an ideal position. If the earbuds are not worn properly, you may not experience the optimal noise cancelling performance. (3)Ensure that Active Noise Cancellation is enabled in the soundcore app. (4)When using the earbuds for the first time, select “Adaptive Noise Cancelling” to set the optimal noise reduction parameters based on your fit. (5)Test the earbuds in a different environment and with a different Bluetooth device to see if the situation improves. Note: In noisy environments or at high volumes, noise cancellation might not be as strong.
3、What should I do if my soundcore Sport X20 disconnects or the sound is choppy?
Connectivity issues might not necessarily be due to the earbuds but could be related to the connected device or the environment. Bluetooth signals can be affected by obstructions like walls, pillars, home appliances, and Wi-Fi. To ensure a stable connection, we recommend avoiding these obstructions. To fix this issue, do the following:(1)Fully charge your earbuds and reset them by following these steps: A、Place the earbuds into the charging case and leave the case open. B、Press and hold the touch bar on the charging case for 5 seconds. A function menu will appear on the case’s display. Slide to select Reset, then double-tap to confirm. After the reset is completed, a “Reset Successful” prompt will appear along with a single-tone chime, which will fade after 2 seconds. This confirms a successful reset.Note: Ensure the earbuds are properly placed in the charging case and that the battery level is displayed on the charging case’s screen for a successful reset. (2)Turn off Dual Connections in the soundcore app. (3)Test the earbuds by playing downloaded music/videos. (4)Test your earbuds with a different Bluetooth device in a different environment to see if the issue persists.

Another hit by ANKER SOUNDCORE
I have been an ANKER/SOUNDCORE fan for over 10 years. I’ve used ANKER chargers, cords, battery packs, flashlights, and even the ANKER Eufy scale. Quality products, always reliable, and long lasting. I found their earphones years ago and fell in love with them. My first was the Soundbuds Curve. I am a defense contractor and used them overseas on a 120 degree flightline for months on end. I have since used Soundcore Liberty 2 in ear earphones, Soundcore Space Q45 over the ear earphones, and just last week bought the Soundcore Sport X10… which brings me to the X20’s.I am 62 and due to recent back surgery I have had to change my habits. My better half and I started walking 2-3 miles a day outside, and going on the same route gets a little boring. So I decided to upgrade my earphones to play music to help pass the time. My in-ear Apple airpods need constant readjustment to keep from falling out. So, I decided to try a ‘hook’ type earphone and bought a pair of ‘highly rated’ name brand earphones for $200. They literally failed out of the box. I found Soundcore made a pair of unobtrusive earphones (Soundcore Sport X10) and bought them last week. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM. Unfortunately, the wife loves them more. Fine, I’ll order another set… BUT WAIT, the X20’s have just been released!!! YEAH MEEEE!I unboxed them yesterday. Same compact design as the X10’s but a little more refined. The X10 ear ‘hooks’ swing around for storage, where these are permanent but more flexible, plus they slide out for a better fit. These come with 6 different sizes of cushions, and quickly found the most comfortable ones and installed them in seconds. Pairing to my iPhone was done literally in seconds. Open the box, open bluetooth devices… BOOM there it is!I already had my SOUNDCORE app from my other earphones. The app will walk you through a hearing test and automatically create an ‘equalized’ sound profile just for you. Of course, you can always select predefined profiles by genre, or create others to your preferences.OK, now to the magic. The sound is crisp and clear. Bass is deep, but not give you a headache stupid. The earphones are light enough the hook over the ear combined with the in the ear cushion comfortably balance out the minimal weight. Battery life looks to be as advertised (haven’t had to recharge them yet). What minimal exposure I got with the X10, it’s a good improvement in sound and worth the extra few dollars. What I think pushes Soundcore above and beyond others is the app. The X20 (not sure about the X10) has a 3D Surround Sound Sound Effect that brings a whole new level to enjoying music. Plus the Noise cancellation options, and customizable controls make this an overall 5 star product! One thing I don’t like is the placement of the controls on the X20. This one sits at the ‘front’ of the ear and pretty much takes the finger and thumb to find and press whereas the previous placement on the X10’s (and other brands) on top seem a more natural location to reach up and find/tap with one finger. Not a big deal, but awkward to me.

Comfortable, great sound
After going through several headphones and earphones I bought these with both every-day use and travel in mind.I found them very comfortable for everyday use, and the main advantage is, because of the ear-loop design, they don’t fall out. Their ear-loop features a rotating design that makes it sooo easy to fit any ear and simplifies positioning.Previous earbuds I used had touch controls. This I found to be both a convenience and a severe annoyance as one can easily perform the wrong function or command with an inadvertent touch. Another great thing about not having touch controls is that i I do ever need to push them back into my ear while wearing them, there’s no fear of accidentally ‘touching’ any controls. What a relief after using touch controlled earbud. The Soundcore Sport X20 has a physical button instead and in practice this is a much better approach in my opinion. The position of the button takes some getting used to, but once you get accustomed to where it is, its very easy to control the earbuds with absolutely no inadvertent commands. The noise cancelling, while not class leading by any means, is very adequate. I’ve been able to drown out most background noise (train, plane, street noise) and the aware function is very useful too.Comfort level is very very good, I’ve worn these all day with no discomfort nor felling like they’re going to fall out.Overall, its a very positive experience. Great sound with good highs and adequate bass. Speaking of bass, it’s not ground shaking, but very adequate. I didn’t feel i was missing out on anything.Sony or Bose over or on-ear will provide more bass and better noise cancelling, but I’ll be using these instead because of small size (for travelling especially), easy fit with no fear of falling off even if falling asleep, good sound, adequate noise cancelling and comfortable fit.Charging and battery life. The case doesn’t show battery percentage nor does the unit announce remaining battery level like some others do upon connection. Your phone or tablet’s Bluetooth connection will show the battery percentage remaining. In reality, I’ve gotten days of regular use without charging the case so its not a concern for me.Lastly, when paired to 2 devices like phone and tablet the operation is flawless. For example, while working and listening to video on my tablet, if a call comes through on my phone the tablet’s video is paused (or muted if its a live streaming service) and the call comes through instead, and the tablet resumes after the call ends. The same goes for if I make a call.highly recommended.

Long battery, no noise cancelation
If you still want to hear everything around you, excellent. If you want to drown out your train commute, noooot my first choice. The battery life is fire, they last a full 12 hour shift at work. They are a comfortable fit and I like the ear hooks. The color is adorable, I love the sea green. The mic is pretty solid, I haven’t had any trouble with people hearing me.I wish it had actual noise cancelation. Not bad for the price overall. They do work, and they’re not the worst. Don’t get em if you want to drown out the world and vibe to your tunes.I do like the case a lot. Compact and a nice texture.

So I bought these for my dad, so he could listen to music while he cycles and rows.He absolutely loves them, they stay on his ears really well, and they feel weightless at the same time, they are comfortable for hours of listening.I’ve tested them against my Simgot EW300’s, Audeze Maxwell’s, and Sennheiser HD600s.I would say these are very nice for when you’re exercising, surprising amount of clarity that I didn’t expect out of a soundcore, V shaped sound curve, bass could be toned down a bit, but it’s exciting for when you’re working out.Great father’s/Christmas day gift for dad’s!
