Review: At first I thought (maybe prayed) that it was just something weird with the screen protector so I pull that off and nope. The screen has a dent in it. Like an impact crater. The bottom of the box was also shredded on the edges as if it had been dragged around a lot.

Title: Nice quality, poor customer service with many issues
Review: The TV came in and I couldn’t get past the setup screen. I eventually found a way to fix this by looking online. Then the remote started acting up. At this point, I’ve already put many hours into installation and fixing the tv, so returning it isn’t ideal. Customer support didn’t help, not once.

Review: I purchased this specifically so I wouldn’t need my firestick, but after using the TV ‘natively’ the UI is extremely laggey/choppy. My firestick(that is now a few years old) works seamlessly/quickly between screens, so I’ll be going back to that. TV was delivered the next day, picture is decent, was a fair price, so 3 stars.
