Great Quality, Great Product, Great Value
This camera is great! Much better than i expected for the money. The camera was easy to install and had multiple plug in options. I got the extra hard wire adapter to tap into 24hour surveillance. The 4k camera quality is great in the front and thw back camera is lesser quality but still very clear.I was able to connect my phone app to the camera easily and i really like all the features. I like that you can choose split screen and see front and back, i like that you can leave monitor on or turn it off ehile its recording, easily download videos and pictures to your phone, and i like that i can set it up to record 24 hours. (I bought the hardwore kit and bigger memory card, which was well worth it.The manual is easy to understand, the FAQs are comprehensive, and the quality of the product overall is 5 stars. Highly recommend it.

Amazing quality dash camera.
This is an amazing quality dash camera. Very easy to install and working. The picture is very clear and smooth. Has a nice size screen i can see very well. Came with a sd card, power cable, mount and it comes with a rear camera you can run to the back window and get front and rear coverage. You can leave the camera powered on and after being still for a while it will go into sleep mode, then will wake up if something walks or drives in front of camera. It has a very user friendly app so you can access and save any recordings. I would definitely recommend this camera to anyone looking for some etrax protection.

Decent dashcam, good image quality. Needs image rotation setting and better frame rate for the rear.
This being my first dashcam I don’t have much to compare it to, but from what I can tell it’s decent. Doesn’t have night vision, so you’ll need some sort of lighting to see anything. The front camera is definitely way better than the rear camera. The front is smooth and has really good quality, while the rear is pretty choppy and a bit grainy. While it says it records in 1080p it looks like the frame rate is super low. I’ve included a video to show the difference. I think my least favorite feature is the bright blue light that’s constantly flashing while it’s recording, and when it’s not recording the light is on all the time. Probably not too annoying during the day, but at night it’s pretty distracting. I will be putting some tape or something over it.Installation was fairly straight forward, just takes a little time to get everything routed neatly. The only real issue I’ve found so far is the camera can rotate left/right and up/down, but only the up/down rotation is lockable and left/right isn’t stiff enough to keep it from moving. That said, it doesn’t bounce around or move while driving so maybe not an issue. Cable length (power and rear camera) could also be an issue for anything bigger than a midsize SUV (I have a 2020 Ford Edge with a rear lift gate). I had to install it on the passenger side of the windshield for the power cable (cigarette lighter style, shown in picture) to reach my power port, and even then it just barely reached. The USB power cable that comes with it is really short (about 3ft). You could use an extension I suppose if that’s how you need to power yours. The cigarette lighter style power cable also has a USB plug on the back so you at least don’t completely lose that power port, which I found useful since I had another device that I needed to use that power port for which thankfully also included a USB power option. The rear camera cable was just barely long enough to go under all the trim and reach the plug on the dashcam. If you have a sedan or smaller SUV then it’ll be plenty long enough. If you have a large SUV (anything bigger than a Ford Edge) then this probably won’t work for you, although I ran the cable down along the floor and then back up to the roof. You could probably run it all along the roof and get quite a bit of cable length back.I suggest testing the rear camera video before you actually stick it to the window to get the orientation correct. I had to flip mine around because it was upside down. They do include an extra sticky pad, but I was able to carefully peel it off without issue. There’s a setting that will mirror the image for the rear camera horizontally, but not vertically. It would be nice to have an image rotation option in settings, then you can install the camera however you want. The instruction book was pretty easy to understand, though there are some translation/spelling errors. They included a QR code to an installation video and the app. The app works ok. I think I’d prefer a Bluetooth connection instead of WiFi since you lose data connection when connected to the camera, but it’s not meant to be a full time connection, just to review/download videos, look at GPS data, or change the few camera settings they have in the app, so probably not too big of a deal. You can see and manage all the recorded videos and screenshots (press the M button when it’s recording to take a screenshot) in the app. There’s an emergency video album as well, which I imagine is for when the camera senses an impact, but you can’t delete those. I’m guessing the only way to delete those is by formatting the sd card. You can change some, but not all, of the camera settings in the app. There’s a screensaver setting that turns the screen off after a certain amount of time. I imagine this reduces the amount of heat the camera puts out. You can also short press the power button to turn the screen off. If you long press it then the camera turns off. It retains that state next time it connects to power, so you’ll have to manually turn it back on again. You can flip between front camera, rear camera, or a squished combination of both cameras by pressing the down arrow.Overall not too bad. I wish the rear camera wasn’t so choppy, but it’s good enough to capture anything that happens as long as there’s light. I’m curious how it’ll hold up in summer since the instructions say not to leave it in direct sunlight. Kind of hard to do that since it’s stuck to the windshield, which is in direct sunlight often.
