Great for what they are
I like the ways these stay put once fitted, the sound quality is OK comparable with other buds in this price point. One of my biggest pros which may be a con to others these are “not” in ear buds. This works for me because I need to be present at work pages etc. that in ears buds usually block by default. With these I can listen to podcasts etc and still hear the occasional page over the intercoms. Or pair them with my Shield while watching TV while the wife streams without being accused of ignoring her.The battery life is good they are comfortable all in all if you want to listen in, while still having the option to hear what’s going on around you. These are a great option.

Nicely designed, comfy, good sound.
Raycon’s Open Earbuds arrived nicely packaged and protected. The earbuds and charging case are very nicely made and feel robust and sturdy, but the plastics used look and feel a bit low rent. Still, this is a minor criticism. The Raycons connected quickly and smoothly to my iPhone 15 running iOS 18. The connection is strong and I was able to walk a long distance from my phone before the connection cut out. The touch controls on the earbuds work well and are not overly sensitive.Sound quality is quite good, especially considering the open ear design. Bass is present but not overpowering. Vocals are warm and distinct. There is good separation between vocals and instruments. Audio from podcasts, audiobooks, and video is crisp and clear. The open ear design means that overall volume is not as loud, so I need to turn these up higher than I would for traditional in-ear earbuds. However, for listening to audio while working, or in a space where you want to hear your surroundings and / or carry on a conversation these are excellent and feel more natural than in-ear buds with transparency turned on.I have used many other brands of open-ear earbuds and the Raycons are the most comfortable. The thing that sets these apart is that the hook over the ears pivots and the buds themselves swivel in and out of the ear. It allows me to create a secure and comfortable fit. These are very comfortable to wear for hours and the open-ear design is great since it allows my ears to breathe.Battery life is great and the case re-charges the buds quickly. I do wish the case was rechargeable via Qi chargine. All in all… great.

Very adjustable. Good sound! Easy on the ear real estate.
These are not a big conflict with my hearing aids. Nice! The pivot adjustment allows adjustments that facilitate it not competing with the hearing aids. Sounds kinda trivial, maybe, but other similar products have been tough to line up for good hearing because the aids and the buds had physical conflicts.I saw another review that talked about a delay in sound delivery. That was not my experience. Using it with an iPhone 11 Pro Max and it was flawless. Very good sound. I could hear the person speaking very clearly. No delays.Something I always check with a new product …. how does the other person hear me? And does the other person hear much background noise. People have told me that I am very clear and the background sounds are very mild. My test is running water in the kitchen sink and rattling papers on my desk. Others say they can hear something if they listen for it but is not bothersome. Low volume background noise. Seems this product has good background sound filtering. Very nice.Music listening is not a priority for me. When important, I’ll use headphones.I like these a lot. Good fit. Good sound. Excellent product. They are now my default ear devices for my mobile phone use.2 thumbs up!

Idea is great, execution lacks…
They’re very comfortable to wear-I can’t do earbuds, as I have unusually small ear openings, and pods don’t fit right. These are super comfortable, but a bit tricky to use. They do adjust in all directions, but if I try to move them, I consistently bump it ‘off’ or skip to next song. I really do appreciate the convenience of the touch-feature, but it’s taking a long time to get used to. As for sound, it’s ok. I don’t get the bumpin bass I did with my favorite pair I had for years (they don’t make them anymoreâ¹ï¸) but it’s fairly decent. The charging case is awesome, and I haven’t charged them once since they arrived. I don’t use them very consistently, but a fair amount. All in all, for the comfort, they’re decent, and I would replace these with another pair should the need arise.

Great value, with a few compromises
First off, they’re great for the price. This is my second pair of Raycons, my first set being the Everyday earbuds that everyone else got with the discount code offered by their favorite Youtuber. These have a very similar sound profile, once you figure out how they sit in your ear. The 2d pictures that come with them don’t really give a great idea of how they have to sit. In the picture, there is a gap between my earhole and the speaker. If you push the speaker side all the way in you earhole, they will get uncomfortable almost immediately and the sound quality will GREATLY suffer. They are designed to have that air gap so that you can hear everything going on around you, and the speaker blasts the sound in your ear. All that being said, once you get them to fit right, they aren’t going anywhere (much I Prevail and headbanging went into this testing) and the sound is pretty good. These will not blow you away as far as the sound quality is concerned, but if you need something for background noise while you are out and about or at work, they’re perfect.

Not bad at all
I like these so far. The sound isn’t great but it’s very good given that it’s not “in ear” buds. They are comfortable to wear but I haven’t been able to test them for long periods of time and during workout conditions (sweating, running, jumping). I have a suspicion that they may go down hill in comfort quickly due to the build of the ear pieces. I don’t know that by any means I’m just suspicious.
