I am able to hear what is going on around me while I enjoy listening to music or talking on the phone. I haven’t had any problems with my Bluetooth and the battery takes a while to go down after a charge. The fit is better than the speakers in my ears, they do take a little getting used to but it’s better than losing one or both. As far the value, I will buy them again.

Finicky placement Finicky sound
Volume depends on how they’re lined up with your ear holes. Sitting at a desk they seem to slide around and are much quieter after a while in at least one ear. These have a buzzy sound at max volume, but at medium volumes they sound okay. They also don’t block outside sounds which is probably good when you need to talk to people, but bad when you want to tune out the world. I think I paid $20 at that price there’s definitely better sounding regular earbuds out there, but they seem to be the cheapest way to decide if you like the open ear type. Personally I think the buds with a wider oval shape may move around less and be less finicky
