Compass.. gps
I really liked this little camera but bought it for the compass reading to be added to my pics, couldnt so I sent it back.. finally got help from pentaxI am very sorry for the delay I tested it out and it worked great. In the C or custom menu please check the following settings.GPS set to ONGPS Disp Mode LAT/LONGPS HEADING DEGREESDATA IMPRINT LAT/LONUTC DATA IMPRINT ONHEADING DATA IMPRINT ONNext take the camera outside with a clear view of the sky.Do the compass calibrate following the instruction the camera gives you.Make sure to roll your wrists.Sometimes it takes the camera a couple of minutes to find the satellites. When it does the symbol will light up.Then you can take your picture and you will see when you look a the image in the lower right corner the recorded information. It is small but easier to see when it is not being viewed on the back of the camera. If you need more help I am happy to help. Thanks, end ..I will probably buy another just for this use.

Wanted to love it
I did not use outside/travelingOn paper this looked perfect. Waterproof, 20mp, 4k and webcam.Compared to olympus tg-5This wasn’t as sharp even with the extra mp,Auto flash/iso wasn’t as smartThe webcam was slow to focus and looked too cropped in.Maybe it shines more when dropped and water tested but I didn’t test thatâ¦I would have liked better overall photo performance. It didnât (at least mine didn’t) come with silicone cover/protector like it shows in the amazon photos.

Get ready to have fun taking pics.
Great camera, easy to use. Takes a little getting used to if you normally use a SLR. Amazing photos, and really had fun with it on vacation snorkeling. It’s very durable and I love the green. Great travel camera

Average image quality
No better than a smartphone, would not recommend unless you want the smallish optical zoom.

Pentax for ever
I have been a Pentax users for over fifty (50) years and have always been satisfied, as I am with this one. Just wish it had a WIFI function for transferring pictures, but other than that it is great for street photography and close up work.

Great Rugged Waterproof Adventure camera
Great camera, fun and useful, great value for money considering that is way cheaper than a Olympus TG-7

Average
Was ok out of the box and has the potential to be better but in the first outing it was average

Basic camera no wifi data transfer itâs alright for a quick point and shoot that you can drop or get wet. Should have bought the Olympus for a travel camera
